Guests are encouraged to bring their families along, as the Orlando area provides many nearby attractions and activities to engage in while you’re in attendance at the Summit. At the Gaylord Palms Resort, there are lots of attractions to partake in such as; 2 pools, water park with 5 water slides for all ages, daily organized itinerary of events, multiple restaurants to enjoy, gym and spa, plus more! Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.
Your family is welcome to attend all Sunday REV hosted events and breakfast daily. The House of Blues concert night also welcomes any spouses and/or children ages 21 and over.
Yes, Summit guests will need to reserve their own rooms at the Gaylord Palms Resort. REV offers a preferred rate of just $175, plus tax, and a resort fee of $22. This group rate will apply for three (3) days prior to, and three (3) days following the date of the event. You can find our Hotel Details & Reservations page, here.
Kids can learn and explore at the world-famous LEGOLAND, take a detailed tour at the nearby Chocolate Kingdom, and discover endless fun and magic at the Walt Disney World Resort. Don’t want to go too far? Children can visit the Everglades, St. Augustine or Key West atriums located throughout the resort grounds or take on the exciting water slides found at the resort’s own Cypress Springs Water Park.
The Sunday REV hosted event will be casual attire, but we encourage you to wear your favorite sports team gear. For Monday and Tuesday conferencing, the dress code will be business casual attire. The House of Blues concert night attire is smart casual. Please save the flip flops and shorts for the pool!

If you aren’t planning to enjoy the long MLK weekend in Orlando, we recommend arriving on Sunday, January 14th by 4:00pm. This will give you time to check into your hotel room and make your way to registration and our opening event at the convention center located on-site. You should schedule a departure flight on Tuesday, January 16th at 4:00pm or later in order to participate in the awards lunch. Keep in mind that this event is during the Sunday NFL play-off games, so if you don’t want to miss the first game, an earlier arrival time is suggested.
You will be responsible to get to Orlando, as well as your 2 hotel nights, but once you arrive, all REV hosted events on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday will be no additional charge to you. Upon check in, you will be responsible for providing a credit card for incidentals and additional room charges made during your stay.
Upon arrival on Sunday, make your way to the convention center, lower level where our team will distribute name badges and our event guide which includes daily dress code, content schedules per division, sponsor details, program timing and more. We will be open on Sunday from 9:00am-7:00pm. If you miss this window, we will be open again on Monday starting at 7:30am.
